SMALL WIND TURBINE
KAPEG WORK WITH SMALL WIND TURBINES
KAPEG's work with small wind turbines system dates back to 2004 when the first project it started working on was researching on different species of timber materials in Nepal most suitable for wind turbine blades application. Then it started working in the series of other project to link the missing components of alternator, towers and control systems to form a bigger picture for small wind turbine technology in Nepal all with the theme of local fabrication.
KAPEG has constructed and installed several wind turbine systems along the years. It also conducts workshops for small wind turbine trainings.
